What’s Inside The 6-Week Program

Week #1

Our program begins with a 90 minute Ayurveda consultation where we dive into your health history, current health concerns, and goals. You’ll receive your personalized Ayurveda program with a complete breakdown of your nourishment plan, herbal formulas, digestive teas, and self- care recommendations. At the end of Week 1, we will have our check-in coaching call to reflect on changes you’ve made, celebrate small wins, and produce a game plan for the Week 2.


Week #2

Week 2 is all about calling in your support team. We will dial in your herbal regimen and explore practical meal prep ideas for your busy work week. You will receive simple & delicious plant-based recipes paired with a grocery list to help take the stress off your plate. We’ll introduce change to ONE of your daily meals to reduce overwhelm. Week 2 finishes off with a reflection coaching call where we’ll identify areas you need additional support.


Week #3

We will celebrate our halfway mark with a Plant-Based Cooking Class. You will learn how to prepare three nourishing recipes to add to your weekly staple meals. These dishes are designed to be simple & quick so you can begin to integrate these recipes into your program with ease. Week 3 will wrap up with a coaching call focusing on areas of your day that can be utilized instead to make room for practices that bring you joy.

Week #4

In week 4, we will focus on weaving in simple self-care practices that will help you build confidence in creating new, healthy habits. You’ll choose practices in your Ayurveda program that are practical for your schedule and are easy to integrate into your morning or evening ritual. We’ll close out the week with a coaching call to reflect on how these practices are benefiting you and areas in your routine you’d like to make adjustments .


Week #5

Up until this point, you’ve made many shifts in your daily routine and are experiencing the amazing benefits of Ayurveda. Instead of doing the mostest and taking on more change, we’ll anchor down with a 75 min- guided yoga session to hit pause in your busy week & take time to celebrate your body with intention movement breath. Our end of the week coaching call will be an opportunity to refine your program and help you meal prep for the following week.


Week #6

Our final week together on this journey is all about honoring the old you and welcoming this more vibrant and confident version of yourself. In Week 6, you will learn how to prepare an altar for your Self, your ambitions, and your dreams. This sacred space will be a physical reminder that symbolizes the person you are becoming. In our last coaching call, we’ll identify any future obstacles that may get in the way of your healing and brainstorm practical solutions to keep you feeling like your best self.

Hey sister! I grew up in the diet culture of calorie counting, high protein, low carb, low fat & high fat (go figure) diets and seven day master juice cleanses. You name it, I tried it. The world tried to squish me in a box of beauty standards that was impossible for me to keep up with and quite frankly this lifestyle left me feeling exhausted and my body wrecked.

Enough was enough. I was ready to learn how to nurture my body and love myself exactly as I was but the problem was, I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. 10 years ago, I was introduced to Ayurveda, the 5,000 year old holistic system of medicine from India. The wisdom and simplicity of Ayurveda’s self-care practices and nutritional guidance helped me understand my elemental make up and honor the unique nature of my body.

Ayurveda not only taught me what to eat to strengthen my digestion, but also HOW to eat so that I could begin to balance my hormones, reduce stress, & regulate my nervous system.
