 Meryll Montano believes that health is not a privilege, but a birthright. She currently practices as a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Shivananda Yoga Teacher. Meryll is certified in plant-based nutrition through eCornell and uses her knowledge and experience to teach plant-based cooking classes and Ayurvedic nutrition workshops. Her passion is in educating wellness professionals & health enthusiasts about the fundamental elements and principles of Ayurveda to help them elevate their personal well-being and community offerings.
