For 10 years, I’ve helped women heal their digestive systems and create consistent routines that support their health goals.
In my 1:1 Ayurveda Coaching Program, I teach women how to nourish their bodies with healing foods that reduce bloating, improve energy levels, and support mental clarity.
My purpose as your coach is not to offer you a quick fix or magic pills to achieve your health goals. I will teach you how to bring balance to your body and support its natural ability to detox so you can feel more free and confident in your skin.
The work of creating lasting change is not a sprint. We work together for a full season get familiar with healing foods, herbs, and Ayurveda practices that support healthier digestion, sleep, and stress management.

I grew up in the diet culture of calorie counting, fad diets like high protein, low carb, low fat diets, and seven day master juice cleanses. These diets focus heavily on weight loss without taking into account how I felt physically, mentally, and emotionally. You name it, I tried it.
For years, I allowed the world to squish me into a box of beauty standards that was impossible for me to keep up with and quite frankly this lifestyle left me feeling exhausted and my body depleted.
Enough was enough. I was ready to learn how to nurture my body and love myself exactly as I was but the problem was, I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and didn’t know where to begin.
10 years ago, I was introduced to Ayurveda, the 5,000 year old holistic system of medicine from India. The wisdom and simplicity of Ayurveda’s self-care practices and nutritional guidance helped me understand my elemental make up and honor the unique nature of my digestion.
Ayurveda not only taught me what to eat to strengthen my digestion and maintain a healthy weight, but also HOW to eat so that I could begin to balance my hormones, reduce stress, & regulate my nervous system.
Ayurveda taught me how to heal all aspects of my life including my relationships and now, I want to share these healing tools with you!

In the hustle of life, self-care often takes a backseat, leaving you feeling depleted in digestion, mood, and energy. PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Private yoga sessions are offered virtually or in-person (Long Beach and Orange County locals only) to beginners looking for intentional ways to move the body, improve joint mobility, increase flexibility, and build strength outside of the noise of a group yoga class. One-on-one yoga sessions are a great opportunity to receive focused guidance from your instructor so that your time on your mat is productive, effective, and injury preventive. You will learn the foundations of how to return to your peaceful nature through intentional breathing, meditation, and mindfulness practices.

This Ayurveda inspired workshop will teach you how to nourish your body and avoid painfully dry skin and joints this upcoming Fall season. You will learn which Ayurvedic practices to adopt to keep your digestion functioning at ease, help your body feel well lubricated, and how to manage overwhelming stress. As a community, we will look at various plants and wholefoods that will support these systems & engage in a plant based cooking class to bring theory into practice.

During the Ayurvedic Fall Nutrition portion of our workshop, you will learn which foods aggravate Vata so you can avoid dry skin, reduce constipation, and learn how to nourish your nervous system with foods that pacify the wind element.
You will learn practices that help support your body in feeling lubricated and grounded. Following our workshop, you will get the chance to indulge in a hands-on cooking class where you will learn how to prepare seasonal meals that support your body and well being. Throughout the workshop, you will be introduced to plant allies & herbal teas that support healthy digestion and rejuvenate the nervous system to help you feel lighter and move with ease this season.

Vegan Kamayan Dinner was born in 2018 from a personal craving to be surrounded by a community of creatives, artists, educators, nurturers, and care providers. These dinners are a space to foster deep connection with our relationship to Nature through vegan, Filipino soul food, be inspired by new flavors and textures that can only be found in plants, and feel supported by the abundance of our shared community resources.
