In this workshop, we will take a look at the medicinal properties of various Ayurvedic spices, roots, and herbs & get familiar with how to use them in our daily cooking.
We will prepare Ayurvedic churnas, or spice combinations for each of the doshas. Each participant will leave this workshop with their own spice churnas to take home and store in their kitchen “pharmacy” to make cooking for their health easy, accessible, and delicious.
